JPO SPORTS
JPO Sports collaborates with event staff to manage volleyball officiating requirements. The organization is responsible for hiring officials and verifying their credentials. JPO Sports also coordinates housing arrangements with hotel staff and officials, assigns matches, and communicates work assignments. On-site, the company provides "Head Referee" oversight and supplies detailed payroll information after each event. Additionally, JPO Sports offers training for new leaders in accordance with its guiding philosophy.
JPO Sports partners with officials to offer a professional work environment. JPO Sports only with event managers who provide a fair officiating pay scale, prompt payment processing, snacks, efficient assigning, secure lodging, and staff support throughout their time with JPO Sports.
